Registration for 2022 PR Parade Participant

Saludos, Parade Family!
We are proud to announce that the Greater Hartford Puerto Rican Day Parade will take place on Hartford’s Main St. / Wethersfield Avenue (between Wawarme Ave and Gold Street) on Sunday, August 21st, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. sharp. We invite you to apply to participate in this year’s Greater Hartford Puerto Rican Day Parade. Your application, agreement and fee are due no later than Thursday, July 21, 2022. Before completing the Participant Application, make sure you have read and understood the Parade Rules and Regulations.

Note: The Connecticut Institute for Community Development Puerto Rican Parade, Inc. ("CICD") reserves the right to close the application period early if we exceed the maximum allowable limits of people, floats, or vehicles. The CICD further reserves the right to reject any application that is deemed
incomplete or does not meet the guidelines for acceptable purposes set forth in the CICD’s application.

Applications submitted without payment will not be considered.

ALL completed applications must include:
● Application
● Application fee
● The Pueblo from Puerto Rico you are Representing.
● Description of your group in Registration Form.
● Participants’ names, emails, telephone numbers and addresses.
● If applicable, a description of your float design.

Upon approval of your application and receipt of payment, all contingents will receive parade permits, wristbands, and, if applicable, referral to float staff for design and construction of float. We look forward to celebrating another parade with you.
